TJ Trandahl

My name is TJ Trandahl from Upton, Wyoming. I have a beautiful wife Salumie and three children. Bella age 10. Thomas age 9, and Micah age 8. Here in Wyoming I am a manager of a meat department. We are members of Thunderbasin community church here in Upton. A thriving and recent church plant that began about four years ago. We have a desire to continue our ministry in the Philippines that the Lord started there a few months ago.

My wife and I were both saved about the same time historically. We had not met yet. She was saved in Dubai and I was saved in South Dakota. We met on a Christian dating site. She was in her native Philippines and I was in the US. God graciously granted us marriage and we have been married for twelve years. God has blessed us with thee children and the privilege of traveling to the Philippines three times as a family. The last time we went was not just to visit Salumie's family but was motivated by the Great Commission (Matt 28:18-20). God validated His calling and our desire to start a bible study and get involved with other Christians in the Philippines. God truly blessed it. We had many curious Catholics come to our Bible study. They had many questions and opportunities to hear the Word and the Gospel. We also had amazing fellowship with Barili Reformed Baptist Church for the four weeks we were there. I also had two preaching opportunities in Barili at that church. Some of the people from the Bible study joined us on Sunday woship and are continuing to attend Barili Reformed Baptist Church and are being fed faithful preaching from Linnel Fat. Our desire is to go back as soon as God provides the resources. This time our prayer is that it would be long term.
