About us: Eric and Carly are dedicated to ministering to the needs of the suffering and making disciples among the unreached people of Cambodia. They are also committed to raising their three beautiful children to the glory of God.

In 2008, Eric felt called to ministry, choosing to work independently under God’s authority. He began studying the Bible and sharing it as a lay member, leading to a full-time Bible study role at a church in Olive Branch, Mississippi. In 2010, he moved to Ukiah, CA, where he trained others in Bible studies, resulting in several baptisms. From 2011 to 2012, he supported Tennessee congregations in outreach efforts. In 2016, Eric married Carly, and in 2017, they joined AFM for further training and were sent to Cambodia to reach unreached people. By 2026, Eric and Carly were called to serve independently in Cambodia, aiming to establish a Christ-centered movement with house churches accessible to all. Their ministry focuses on finding believers and persons of peace through social media, creating over 50 obedience-based Bible studies. They seek monthly support to enhance ad campaigns, discover more believers, and provide food and clothing to those in need, like a 20-year-old supporting his siblings in Phnom Penh. Our primary objective in missions is to reach the unreached through disciples and simple house churches that hear the word of God, believe it, and obey it. The entire world cannot be reached by a single person with a massive platform. The only way to reach the world is by making disciples, who in turn make disciples, and so on, within their own networks of influence. This was Jesus’ chosen method, which he also instructed his followers to adopt when he said, "All authority has been given unto me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you."

Our ministry’s focus for 2026 is to implement a Media 2 Movement Strategy in order to enhance our effectiveness in identifying people who are searching for Jesus or waiting to join a movement that makes disciples for Jesus. We have diligently worked among a people group that faces moderate to high persecution in their pursuit of following Jesus. In 2026, God guided us to a disciple maker who demonstrated a groundbreaking approach to leveraging social media ad campaigns to discover and train obedient church planters. This innovative strategy is a game-changer. 1. This approach prioritizes the privacy of the disciple, empowering them to make confident and God-inspired decisions about when to publicly share their faith. 2. It significantly expands our reach. In a highly resistant people group, the influence of a missionary within their community is limited. By utilizing social media ad campaigns, we can identify individuals to share the gospel with and those to train in discipleship that we would never find within our neighborhood. This enables us to focus our efforts on working with the people God has prepared to be beacons of light for His Kingdom, rather than solely attempting to convert those around us. This is the new tool that God has entrusted to us to fulfill our primary objective of reaching the unreached for His glory.
